I'll go with Heston again
This is the key year for him. Is he just another A-ball mirage, like Clayton Tanner and Craig Clark, who can’t survive the big jump to AA, or will he continue to improve, have a solid year in AA and he could end up in the SF starting rotation at some point in 2013? He was almost a full 2 years younger than Clark was when Clark pitched in Augusta and SJ, and I never liked Tanner’s mechanics, so I’m giving Heston the benefit of the doubt here. The key point is, Heston should be thought of in the same class as Clark and Tanner were following their 2009 seasons for SJ. There’s no way that Clark and Tanner wouldn’t have been in everybody’s top 20 Giants prospects following the 2009 season, and I don’t see how Heston isn’t in the top 40 this year – in what is a much weaker system.

Went with Fuentes. Otero next, then Heston.
If Heston is on the 40 man competing for a bullpen spot in 3 years I’d be pretty happy, so I’d have to put Heston behind Otero for now.
Agree with the AA thing though, if he can show he can remain a starter down the line he’ll shoot way up.
Imagine you could have a do-over with Fred Lewis, without the bad routes and melancholy. I grant you Chris Lofton.
Fuentes, then Valdez
I may have to wait a while, but seeing video of Valdez, he looks like a tool extravaganza.
I'm a Giants Fan, but I'll always be rooting for Matt Downs
Adopted Son:Dan Burkhart , Future Backup To Buster Posey.
Oh, I forgot to do this earlier

Justin Fitzgerald
Keeps moving up as a starter, and he could probably throw mid 90’s if he switches back to relief.

Christian Otero

I assumed he was already ranked
I would definitely vote for him next

I have a feeling that Law’s lor (or non-) ranking is going to be the most egregious snub from this list come December.

OK I went Fuentes as well
Lots of vocal Fuentes calls, 4 or 5 depending on Roger, who has been vocal. But the silent majority goes for Otero.
Brett Krill
Does he merit any consideration at this point: similar OPS to Payne and only a few months older. Seems like a possible sleeper next season much like Duvall was this year.
California Leaguers beware: Chris Gloor will strike you out faster than you can say "Quinnipiac", or he would have if he had pitched more than five innings this year before getting hurt...

He suffers from the Drew Biery-effect (but more so since he didn’t make his pro debut until the year after he was drafted). If he can produce with power in the Sally or CAL this season then he should make a big jump up the rankings.

In the end. Specifically, it’s refers to late-round college draftees with middling tools that rake in the NWL during their first pro seasons, then end up not being very good once they hit the full season leagues. Biery was actually the MVP of the NWL in 2009 (so that does give a sliver of doubt about Joe Panik’s 2011 performance).
Biery 2009: .326/.406/.484/.889 with 6 HR
Krill 2011: .304/.350/.488/.837 with 6 HR
