He's like Grant, but fun size.
Occasionally, I tweet.
1) Under – I have no confidence in Bochy’s willingness to play him.
2) Over – Assuming Pablo has learned that conditioning is key
3) Under – I’ll be happy with .280
4) Over – Breakout .650 OPS season for BCraw
5) Under – You know he’s not a “winner”
6) Under – Timmeh will be extra motivated this year
7) Over – If healthy, I think he’s good for 8 wins
8) Over – Matt Cain turns a corner and learns how to win games.

Surely I can’t be the only person who reads MCC that thinks Belt will be an everyday player in 2012.

I do, but later in the season after Huff blows his chance.

Who do you think the starting outfield will be?
I’m not sure who of Belt/Huff will play 1st and who LF, but I figure both will get the chance to start before Nate does.

1) Under Belt will go up and down to Fresno.

3) Under Posey is going to have a tough year, back from a tough injury.
4) Under We don’t even know if Crawford is going to start
5) Under Too many wins. I doubt any starter gets over 15-16 wins.
6) Under Tim will be Tim, So under but still will have a tough time getting W.
7) Under. Zito will get 3 to4 wins tops. Giants Still don’t score enough runs for him.

Cool
1. Belt’s PAs: under 449.5. I have no faith in management to Do What’s Right™.
2. Pablo’s HRs: under 29.5. A good year, but he does play half his games in SF.
3. Posey’s BA: just over .2915
4. Crawford’s OPS: under .6395, but not by much.
5. Bumgarner W’s: over 14.5. This should be his year to shine.
6. Lincecum’s ERA: over 3.095.
7. Zito W’s: over 5.5. Insert blind squirrel/acorn aphorism here.
8. Cain’s career W%: let’s see, he’s 69-73 now. Yeah, over .4995. He’ll be 4 wins over this year.
9. Sanchez’s WHIP: over 1.365.
10. Beltran’s HR’s: over 21.5.
Now is the winter of our discontent
Made glorious summer by this son of Cabrera.
So....
1) Brandon Belt PAs: 449..5 Under. This is Bochy we’re talking about. Add in Pill ( unless he falls on his face)
2) Pablo Sandoval HRs: 24.5 Over. The pressure is on for the Panda this year. He has to be an anchor, and not around his waist.
3) Buster Posey BA (to nearest thousandth): .2915 Over. It’s Buster and he ain’t having anything less.
4) Brandon Crawford OPS (to nearest thousandth): .6395 Over. OPB will increase, power not so much
5) Mad Bum wins: 14.5 Over. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
6) Timmeh ERA: (to nearest hundredth) 3.095 Under. Dude has a payday coming, even if it’s not with the Giants
7) Barry Zito wins: 5.5 Over. His arm is still attached to his shoulder right ?
8) Matt Cain’s career winning pct. at end of season (to nearest thousandth): .4995 Over. It’s MMFC. He will carry the team on his back
And in the ex-Giants category …
9) Jonathan Sanchez WHIP (to nearest hundredth): 1.365 Under. Dirty has something to prove
10) Carlos Beltran HRs: 21.5 Sigh…Over.
