Looks like 7th rounder pitcher Ray Black will not sign with Giants

Apparently did not like the offer he got. I guess they could always sign him later before the following draft.

Ray Black, the sophomore out of the University of Pittsburgh, is back in the Lunkers uniform for the 2011 season and is now on the active roster.

Black, who was part of the Lunkers last season, was drafted in the 7th round by the San Francisco Giants in the 2011 MLB Draft. After playing the waiting game for a bit with the Giants, Black said their offer to him was not what he was hoping for.

"I waited and waited for an offer," said Black. "I got [the offer] pretty late and it wasn’t everything I was hoping it would be."
