Big roster decisions loom. Personally I think the first move is obvious. Release Tejada. He's been downright awful, One of the worst players in the major leagues. But of course that means eating a contract. Second move a bit tougher. Look at the outfield. You have 6 - 3 that are safe - Torres, Nate,and Ross. (I'nm including Belt as both an outfielder and an infielder as he will do both) Assuming Tejada is released you have backup infielders in Burriss, Fontenot and Belt. My guess is Belt goes down. And if he's not playing every day that is what needs to happen. My preference is to release a veteran outfielder. Rowand first choice . Burrell second. But only if Belt is going to play most everyday. This will be interesting if nothing else.
