Normally I don’t like these lawsuits, because it looks like the defendants are valuing a big payday over justice, but this is one case where they couldn’t get enough money to suit me. This man was beaten to near death by a couple of animals because the Dodgers spend their money on bad players and not on security. When this is over, Stow should own that team, although why he would want to I just don’t know. The animal’s mom pisses me off too. “Not my angel, my out on parole angel.” Then saying the parole officer wanted the money when he isn’t even eligible to collect. Toss her in the can too!

A friend and I were wondering about that (the eligibility issue for the parole officer) the other day. Since he’s involved in law enforcement, he’s ineligible due to conflict of interest, is that how it works? I know little about such topics.

I came, I saw, I told bad jokes and left.

I was going to write up something just like this, but you said it for me.

Having been to Giants-Dodgers games in LA, it’s definitely a valid point that the immediate area around the ballpark is dimly lit and lacking appropriate security.

The Dodgers made the decision to stop paying for uniformed police officers to patrol the area… they brought this lawsuit upon themselves.
