Good article by Baggs - Get to know your Giants' scout

Baggs has a nice article in the Sunday paper. He gives us a profile of Doug Mapson, one of the Giants' senior scouts/crosscheckers. Mapson was the guy who talked the Cubs into drafting Greg Maddox out of high school when Maddox was a skinny, short and uninspiring physical specimen. More importantly to us, Mapson was the guy that talked the Giants into drafting Brandon Belt in the 5th round of the 2009 draft.
