I'm still not sure what's going on here, but I believe that the catcher is comforting Carlos Beltran after he got hit by a pitch. I don't think anyone will ever know why the umpire is dancing.

Best Fan Post: Mets Fan David G.'s "How Santiago Casilla Ruined my ESPN Streak for the Cash."

We appear to have started a tradition in which the best FanPost comes from a non-Giants fan. This year it was Mets Fan David G. Someone go tell him he won!

MsSpirit Award: Natto

I thought this was a bit of a no brainer, as Natto spearheaded the MCC brick at AT&T Park, but it was close between Natto and TheLetter2. Congrats, Natto! Well-deserved.

Most Informative: Roger

I think I might hurt some feelings with this, but I believe that Roger is my favorite overall poster on this site. I have learned so much from him, and he's such a nice guy. Giant Among Angels put it best: "He comes across very knowledgeable without the smugness or smart ass or know-it-all comments. I especially enjoy reading his comments concerning Giants prospects history."

Best Newcomer: free f.p. #14

free f.p. #14 is another one of my favorite posters, because of his passion for prospects. He's been running the Community Prospect Lists this year, and he has done a great job. Those have been a font of useful information and interesting discussion. He's become a staple in the comment threads, as well.

Most Amusing: Johnny Disaster

I know Mr. Disaster in person (you thought he only existed on the internet, didn't you?), and he's a super great guy. Also, his photoshops are legendary. But, he really upped the ante in the McCoven Awards voting this year with this:
