Nats' Wilson Ramos kidnapped in Venezuela
I hope they find him unharmed and get the perpetrators. Apparently he was taken right out of his home, though there's very little info so far (as you can probably tell from the fact that this links to a tweet)
Does anyone know the list of Giants playing/living in Venezuela?

Oh my
That’s scary. I hope he turns up unharmed.
I've hidden a comment string
A guy’s been kidnapped and that often ends in tragedy. Joking about it, and especially tying jokes to the Penn State situation crosses one of those “I know it when I see it” lines.
I hate to hide/delete comments in the name of censorship, but felt compelled here.
So I guess this means the Phillies making it past the 1st round of the 2010 post season was a fluke.

Is Venezuela the country John Bowker refused to play winter ball in?
If so, the Giants need to apologize for calling him a bad soldier.
No one here gets out alive.
Praise Jebus
