Is this something to watch for next year or is the kid even a prospect anymore? I know he’s still under Giants contract, but is he worthy of putting him in talks of near call-ups or anything about single A ball?
Visa
The case being dropped will not necessarily have any relation to the U.S. Embassy issuing a visa. If the embassy thinks that he is an undesirable, they will not issue.
Pretty hard to justify considering someone “an undesirable” if he hasn’t been shown to have done anything wrong, whatsoever. As far as I know, that’s the case with Villalona.
I don’t know, the Kinks were considered undesirables for years without havin done anything. Their inability to tour here for about 10 years while they were doing most of their best work probably had a large impact on their US sales and general perception.
MY DAD WAS WRONG!
MY BOY NEEDS TO THROW HARDER!
Man, the government kept the Sex Pistols off of Saturday Night Live and they had to break up, and Elvis Costello became a big star ahead. If Villalona was a White Sox player, Obama would give him his Visa with no problem, and throw in a Master Card and an American Express card too. Screw this system. Occupy Wall Street!!!
