Quality of opposing pitching, for whatever reason

Has never really seemed to affect our performance – we get shut out by shit pitchers and chase Aces early… I never worry too much about the opposing pitcher.

Well, both teams went to the ‘pen early. I guess there’s that.

Man, San Diego’s bullpen must be shredded right now. It seemed like they were used pretty heavily when we played them this last series, and the starter tonight doesn’t make it through 5.

I am far, far, far more scared of the Rockies than the Padres. I wouldn’t even care if the Pads swept, but ideally it would be taking 2 of 3.
