On the 4th of July, a bunch of people were on the beach setting off fireworks and I went down to check them out. Then, some dude appeared out of nowhere in the middle of the dark beach with a trumpet and played the anthem flawlessly. It was amazing.

I liked Punch Drunk Love a lot. Adam Sandler doesn’t play a comedy role really, but he doesn’t have to stretch much as an actor. He plays a quiet, angry guy.
I liked Happy Gilmore a lot, but his schtick got old. PDL is quite a bit different.
