The Grizz will be visitng Sacramento for a five game series August 25-29.  There are several McCoven who are in the area, so I thought it would be fun to organize a get together.  Also, Raley Field is in West Sacramento, so not far from the Bay Area.  Minor league games are really fun.  Plus, you might get to see Dontrelle "D-Train" Willis!  

It sounds like the best day for some people would be the 29th, but I can be flexible (TWSS!).    All of the starts are 7:05, except for the 29th, which is 1:05.  The afternoon start will probably be unbelievably hot.  Something to think about.  Alex_Lewis can possibly get free tickets, depending upon the number of people who want to go.

If you're interested, post a comment so I can get a preliminary count.  Also, in the event that we need to buy tickets, it looks like they don't have a group rate unless the group is 30 or more, so we would just buy single game tickets.  They range from $7 for the lawn (general admission) to $38 for the areas behind the dugouts and behind homeplate.  I sat next to the Grizz dugout, just past first base, for $18 + fees, and they were great seats.  So, if you are interested, let me know how much you want to spend.  (One other note: parking is $7 to $10, and reasonably close to the park.)

And, everyone make sure to harass Merope into coming, even though she hates Raley Field. :)
