Dan Runzler Out 6-8 Weeks But Won't Need Surgery
San Francisco Giants reliever Dan Runzler has been placed on the 15-day disabled list after dislocating his left knee cap during his first major league at-bat. Runzler will miss 6-8 weeks after an MRI revealed torn cartilage in the knee but he will not need surgery.
