It’s a huge pain in the ass. I had to trade it to my Diamond game to feed it dry poffins. But then I ran out of berries. So I had to trade it to my girlfriend’s Pearl game to feed it more poffins. Feebas is a lot easier to catch in D/P/PT than in the other game, but yeah…

Milotic is basically the most pain the ass pokemon to get. First you have to deal with Feebas, and then you have to deal with poffins. Now that I have it, though… totally worth it.
