Any pitch f/x users here?

I just downloaded the pitch f/x data from the Internet and plotted the results of Giants' performance against roast pork face from the last 3 years (although they only faced him twice: 2009-09-12 and 2009-09-18). pitch f/x is really a lot of fun... I am wondering if any of you guys have been playing with it too?

The plot is here

Legend...

  • red dots are outs
  • light blue are singles
  • darker blues are doubles or triples
  • greens are homers

pitch types

  • fastballs are solid circles
  • curves are unfilled down triangles
  • sliders are unfilled diamonds
  • others are *

The x and y's are locations of the ball as it crossed the plate, I am semi-sure that it is from the catcher's perspective. I couldn't figure out an easy way to make the player names to not cover up the dots...  but even just to do this pretty simple graph has taken lots of time away from me, so I think I will just stop here...

For completeness I am pasting the data here

Edit: I just realized that I lumped the walks together with the outs. I guess I am subconsciously a Sabermetrics-hater. Too late to fix it, going to bed now…

Edit 2: only the last pitch is plotted here.
