Again, the Giants are offering Lincecum $8 million. Word is, though, that Lincecum would still be upset with the Giants even if it goes to arbitration and wins the $13 million, which would be a record-shattering number. The record for any player arb-el for the first time is held by Phillies’ Ryan Howard, who got $10 million before the 2008 season.
