the plot:

I had Game 7 tickets. I also had an un-reschedule-able test that day. If i missed the test, I would have failed the class, which would have voided my Financial Aid of roughly 2700, and put me on academic probation. It didn't come to it, but I'm pretty certain I would have skipped the test. I wouldn't have been able to concentrate the days of and prior anyhow, since a Game 7 would have meant losses in Game 5 and 6. I was so distraught after Game 3 that I ruined Halloween for me and my girlfriend and didn't speak for hours. I couldn't possibly be able to stay composed for a test.
