The journalist was clearly just writing while pissed off and didn’t take a second to see whether his argument was cohesive are not. There is so much ammunition to add to the “Dodgers Suck” arsenal, and he couldn’t find any that were any more than an emotional appeal.

Someone in the comments made a crack about Colletti stockpiling former Giants, and that Colletti would jump at Zito and Rowand if they were cut loose. I could see it happening. Though Zito in LA has “even bigger disaster” written all over it given his love of the nightlife.

In my opinion, the Dodgers are being underestimated. I predict they’ll rack up a lot of wins next season but ultimately will be no match for the Giants.

They have to be at least a .500 team with that pitching staff, At least if Kershaw manages to stay healthy. I’m not going to enjoy facing them so much when the Giants swing the bats terribly against sub-great but good pitchers like they always seem to do. Roy Halladay: 5 runs Jimenez: 7 runs Wainwright: 4 runs
Ian Kennedy and Jon Garland: 0 runs.
