Juan Uribe Contract Crowdsourcing - get your vote in now
They're doing a "Contract Crowdsourcing" vote for Juan Uribe over on FanGraphs. They're asking for your opinion on how much money and how many years he'll get in his new contract. If you have a strong, or expert, opinion then be sure to click over and record it.
It will be interesting to see the final results and then compare them to what Uribe actually gets. FWIW, I guessed that he'll get 2 years @ $6M per year.
To clarify, this is the amount you think Uribe will get, not what you want him to sign for, or what you want the Giants to offer him.

""I’d like to be a crossword clue one day. I want to be in The New York Times’s Sunday edition. Right now, the clue ‘Giants great’ is always Mel Ott. I want my clue to be down, not across. The down ones are usually harder. And when I’m the clue, I’ll fill it in — just that one — and frame it. " - Brian Wilson.
That's delucional big spending?
Then what was the 2/12 he gave to Sanchez and DeRosa?

That really wouldn’t be too much of an overpay. Uribe has been an above average SS for 2 straight years. That’s fair value.

Although there’s a big range of figures that wouldn’t surprise me. He’s tough to predict because he could fill a number of different roles for different teams.
