Giant Dreams of Olliefu 2.5: A Ticket to Destiny (World Series Champs Edition)
Hey All
Finally after 52 years moving here to the City by the Bay, The San Francisco Giants are World Series champions! 8 years ago I created a video right after the Giants won the 2002 NLCS. I was ecstatic that evening that I produced a video called "Giant Dreams of Olliefu: A Ticket to Game 5" Before there was YouTube, I posted my video on fan message boards. Since then, the video would be spread through out the Giants Community. I was hoping that 2002 was our year, but it was not our time.
In "Giant Dreams of Olliefu 2.5: A Ticket to Destiny (World Series Champs Edition)", I continue the journey for the hunt for the World Series Trophy. Originally in Giant Dreams of Olliefu 2, I ended the video right before the start of the 2010 World Series. In this upgraded version, I added 3 additional minutes towards the end plus some changes. This is a must see for all you Orange & Black fans. This journey has been truly a dream come true. I am very happy I can share you this video. WE DID IT!!! GO GIANTS!!!
Holla at yo boy

Is this the greatest video ever made…or the greatest video ever made?
There's a First for Everything:
Edgar Renteria, The First World Series MVP in Giants History.
I’m going to hedge my bets and go with the greatest video ever made.
I feel prickishly demanding!
I couldn't be prouder of my recent adoptee - Tim Lincecum's dealer. He provides the secret fuel behind both Cy Youngs. Also, he taught Timmy the change-up.

I’m just speechless.
It’s still like a dream to me, like I’m still waiting to see if it’s really happened.
It’s hard to believe that exactly one week ago, we were still waiting to see what would happen in Texas: Would Lee be vulnerable twice? Would this be the year? Would all our waiting be worth it?
I came, I saw, I told bad jokes and left.
Excellent work
you nailed it
If my calculations are correct, when this baby hits 88 miles per hour, you're gonna see some serious shit!

Wow
Just, wow.
I don’t know about the rest of y’all, but I’m bookmarking this video and planning to watch it at least once a week for the next 10 years.

Basically this.
48 years after his heart was broken by a Willie McCovey line out to Bobby Richardson, Charlie Brown finally has his championship.

So yeah
I’ve been wondering for the past week “When is this really going to hit me? Sure, the Giants won some baseball games and I celebrated a LOT, but when am I going to get the full emotional impact? When will I take a stab at encompassing how much this Big Sports Deal means to so many people?”
…so yeah.
Fucking allergies.
It's Johnnie Walker inside.

Here some tissue for those allergies...
Its a weird impact but it sure feels good. Sigh…2010 will always be remembered.
Not going to lie...
that made me cry tears of happy all over again. I know that I can watch that again in 5, 10, 15 years and remember exactly how that moment felt. That makes for something magic. Thank you for that sir.
First thing to get me choked up. IT WAS PROBABLY JUST THE MUSIC, MAYBE THE ONIONS IM CUTTING.
Thanks olliefu, great video.

Is it getting dusty in here?
This video should have 100s of recs. Sure to be better than the WS DVD collection I ordered online.

So this is basically the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. And it’s a great follow-up to the original video, which is now the second coolest thing I’ve ever seen.

Thanks Ryan...
I just loaded my video on my ipod now. Man everytime I see Brian Wilson performance in the playoffs gives me chills…talk about “imma gonna close this door and shut it!”
Awesome
Thank you Olliefu. You a video pro or sumpin? :)
You Americans always need to do it your own way. You even have your own American version of cricket, yes?
You are welcome....
It’s just a hobby that I picked up way back in college. :) I hope you enjoyed it.
This
Was the greatest 9 minutes ever. Ticket to game 5 was one of my favorites too I tear up every time I watch that one but I think this one beats it.

love that game...
that sac fly made me realize that the post season was heading towards our favor. my fav part was when everyone was going down the ramp after the game. everyone chanted…“uuuu—-ribe….uuuu-ribe….” then “one more win! one more win!”
