Angel Villalona?

What's the latest with Villalona? Last I heard, he was awaiting trial. Is he still under contract with the Giants? Is he eligible to return to the states to play if he is cleared? Chubby kid could hit, his continual progress with the bat suggested he may be able to break through at some point. All "fat guy in prision" jokes aside, does anyone want him back if he pulled an OJ Simpson and beat the charges?
