LOL
TO QUOTE HAROLD REYNOLDS WHEN WE TRADED MOLINA
The giants trading molina is a move they will come to regret and it will hurt the offense and the pitching staff as well as the entire teams chemistry. I think this is a great trade for the rangers and a bad trade for the giants and a real head scratcher..

here’s some sad, bitter, comedy from bitter bitter A’s fan via FB—>
For those who don’t know, I’m an Oakland A’s fan, born and raised. The Giants are the Regional rivals and have been doing everything they can to block a new stadium being built in San Jose. The Giants have been given every advantage by the Bay Area media and MLB to succeed finically over the A’s. Yet the A’s have 4 World Series victories to the Giants zero. I want to see it stay that way. Even if they they have the better park, bigger payroll and consistently out draw the A’s, I’ll still be happy if they never get a World Series ring. and BTW, Giant fan didn’t even support the team until Barry Bonds came along. They were ready to move to St. Petersburg in the early 90s, when the MLB had to step in and find a new rich owner for the team.
WAAAH! WAAAHH!!

At least Suzuki likes me
Not long ago, I responded to someone’s “welcome” post on AN. She said she hated the Giants for some reason or another. I responded that I liked the A’s and looked forward to talking with her next season. In response, I got a comment essentially holding me personally responsible for the Giants blocking of the SJ move:
“It’s easier for you not to hate us because we didn’t build a beautiful stadium eight miles away from you and thus push your already flagging ticket sales over the cliff. Your owners could help make up for it by not being so dickish about territorial rights.”
Yes. Let me call my college roommate Bill Neukom and get all this straightened out. My apologies to your delicate sensibilities.
I picked the wrong day to quit sniffing Matt Cain.

by rightcenterfielder on Oct 11, 2010 9:33 PM PDT up reply actions
i honestly do wish the giants would stop blocking the A’s getting a new stadium. the giants will continue to draw near sellouts every game. would the A’s be cutting into their market that much?
I harbor no hate towards the A’s, though I’m a much bigger fan of the Giants. The last time the A’s were a serious rival to the Gmen, I was 6 years old. I want to see both teams succeed.
But sure seems like A’s fans hate Giants fans.
by giant4life83 on Oct 11, 2010 9:41 PM PDT up reply actions
I’m not sure that blocking the A’s in SJ is the Giants #1 priority.
If they actually got a plan together – that the other owners supported – there would be a deal made.
A’s fans use this to get their grudge on.
