Giants, Rockies? or Giants, Dodgers?
I know I'm getting ahead of myself, but how would you guys feel about us sweeping the dodgers, and having the playoffs race end up being a giants/dodgers wildcard race towards the end of the season, with the rockies taking the division?
Would you guys rather have the giants and rockies make the playoffs, or the giants and dodgers?
Just an interesting thought that came to mind, since it looks like the rockies only lose like once every 12 games or something ridiculous like that.

The next person that talks about us making the playoffs, gets a swift chop to the throat from me.

As long as the Giants make the playoffs, I could care less who the other team that makes it is.

Sweep the Dodgers?? Do you remember last month at home vs. LA??

I think I remember that the Giants were scoring more runs then.

and they lost 2 of 3 (after losing 2 of 3 AT HOME vs. Cincy).

I'm trying to think
of another “playoff” team that had its 1B platoon batting 8th. Not coming to me.

I’m hoping yesterday was the last time we see Ishikawa as anything other than a defensive replacement, and (note to Bochy) not before the eighth inning!! If you want to platoon, why not Garko and Bowker? Bochy wouldn’t bat either of those two eighth.

I really can’t get over how ridiculous the Giants’ use of Garko has been. I could rant about it for like an hour but it doesn’t seem like this is the place.

I am just worried about tomorrow's game. No reason to look further down the road than that.

This poll is just evil. I can’t feel good about saying I want the Giants and Dodgers to make the playoffs, because the Dodgers are the Dodgers and I never want them to succeed. On the other hand, I feel a lot less apprehensive about playing the Dodgers in the postseason; I don’t think they’re as frightening as the Rox would be. Can we take the division and maybe have the Marlins/Braves win the WC? Please?

I would get a warm and fuzzy feeling from the Dodgers not making the playoffs.

How are we going to make the playoffs with only 79 wins?
