Not sure, only seen it twice, both after wins
When you walk from the park straight up 2nd to the Montgomery Street BART Station, you walk right at the building. Its a straight shot 1 mile from the 2nd and King gate.

BTW, I saw you last Sunday before the game. You were headed to your seats on the field level near 126-127. You didn’t see me, though. I hang out there before and after games. I know the ushers around there.

I didn’t notice it until about a month ago, but now I see it everyday on my way from the office to BART. They update it after every game after a loss it just has the American and Giants flags.

21 floors, was 2nd tallest building in SF when built in 1916 (thanks Wikipedia)
Now it is a dwarf to downtown
Yeah, I got friends with seats down there, I get about 10-15 games a year….
That was one hell of a game =) This pic is from that day…..
