This list was originally published December 24, 2008. This is a review of the PRE-SEASON list for 2009, not a revision of that list. This is a REVIEW of the old list. I’m not doing new grades or lists until I start working on the 2010 book.

Nah, he always does this. He’s looking at the beginning of the year list and writing about how they performed

Not really, then he wouldn’t have anything to report on at the beginning of next year as we would already know how he grades our prospects
