Predictions

Pedro will get Nate Schierholtz to swing at a breaking ball down and in and ground it weakly to tirst, will get Aaron Rowand to wave feebly at a slider a foot outside, ditto Bengie, will fan Velez, and will tantalize Panda with breaking balls out of the zone, inducing weak grounders to second. Every weakness our hitter have shown all season long, Pedro Martinez will exploit.
We’ll win anyway, 1-0, on a home run by Uribe, despite
Timmy struggling a bit, throwing a lot of pitches, and leaving the game in the 7th, where
Dan Runzler will make his major league debut by striking out Ryan Howard.
