Feds wrongly seized list of 104 PED offenders

Although I'd really like to know who else is on the list of 104, hopefully this ruling will convince the feds to let this one go (despite their consideration of appealing this to the US Supreme Court).

It can still be justified.

Way too much cash for a few steroid users, but weeding out rotten government officials is always money well spent. Now they just have to actually punish the crooked bastards.
