Contrary to earlier reports, a Pittsburgh source said that while the team is “fielding a lot of calls” on Sanchez, there is “more smoke than fire” and the Bucs are “not anxious to move him.”

Hell yeah it does!

If I do well on the GRE in August (which I will, it’s really not a concern) then I’ll be set to go back to school for a while in hopefully less than a year. I’ll still being doing this grownup stuff at the same time, though, probably, so it won’t be as cool if I went back to just being a full-time student.

When I attended CSULB, my roommate was a pitcher, so I knew the pitchers more than the Pos players. So I never really met Bowker, he always seemed to keep to himself. And for the life of me I cannot remember EVER seeing him hit a HR… or really ever thinking he was that good…
