Lincecum named Clutch player for June
"Lincecum has helped the Giants, who lead the National League Wild Card standings, maintain a good groove. All but one of his June victories followed a San Francisco defeat."

You really don’t think pressure can affect a player?
Bruce Bochy would like you to look at the career numbers and stop complaining.
It affects a clutch.

I think that it can absolutely affect a player. But I also think that 99% of the time when people talk about it they’re just using it as a crutch to keep from having to put any effort into thinking about whatever situation they’re talking about.

Or drive a 77 F150. I had one and ground the gears daily, while I was learning, for like a month, the cluth never went. Also top speed ~65, so it is also safe
