PABLO WAS ROBBED.

Like, seriously. He’s outhitting Ryan Howard and he plays third base.

Who are they going to sub for Wright after Zimmermann? Sanchez?

Because Ryan Zimmerman totally deserves the spot over Sandoval. Stupid

I predict Pablo Sandoval will murder Phillie pitching this season. Manuel probably doesn’t even know who he is. Then again, he could get added. They haven’t named the replacement for Beltran and the online extra players yet.

Just speculating...

what if Sanchez is traded to the Giants before the ASG? Will he have to wear a Pirates hat in the game since he is their only representative?

Didn’t this happen a few years ago with Carlos Beltran, when he was traded from KC to Houston?

by satyricrash on Jul 5, 2009 12:29 PM PDT up reply actions

It happened with Jeff Shaw back in the 90’s. He was the Reds only representative but was traded to the Dodgers before the game. I believe the Reds got a different player in, instead…

10 wins

I caught a bit of baseball tonight the other day and they were debating who should start the all-star game for the AL. The four candidates were the four AL pitchers with 10 wins. Two of them were legitimate candidates (Halliday and Greinke). The other two…had ten wins. Kevin Slowey has an ERA+ of 84. But he was one of the four candidates.
