HEY! TEACHER! LEAVE THEM KIDS ALONE!
I’ve got my own tickets but i’m thinking i’ll move down to the bleachers… they only had VRs left for the 4-pack deal. Maybe i’ll pop down if there’s space.

Who is bringing the Panda masks for everyone?

I printed that out.
I think it’s going to be too small (and too complicated to assemble) for your heads.
Just sayin’

could it be enlarged on a copy machine?
We’re going to that game but I haven’t printed the mask out yet.
If you want to go all school teachery on it, you could enlarge it, mount it on cardboard (cut out the eye holes), cover it with clear contac paper to add some resistance to beer spills, and staple a tongue depressor to the bottom for a handle (instead of stringing it for a mask).

i think it was designed for kids’ heads.
i like the plastic ones that i saw on TV the night of the no-hitter.
the furry head costume is a little too much though.

1) Paste into word
2) Set side margins to 0.5"
3) resize image to meet side margins

Cupertino is lame.
If there’s still a ticket or two available tomorrow, how much are they again?

Fellow Cupertinoners cool.
If you can make the 10 min drive to the Sunnyvale Caltrain station, its pretty convenient.

Quick question
I haven’t been to a day game give-away in a really long time… how early would you say somebody should get there to be GUARANTEED to get one of the 20,000 Pablo t-shirts?
I already bought tickets, and only for the awesome shirt. Actually seeing the game is just gravy. So what time would you plan to get there to be sure you get a shirt?

Most promos we’ve been to, we get there 30 minutes or so before game time and they’re still handing stuff out.
Considering it’s Pablo, and they are promoting it like CRAZY, we’re planning on being there pretty early. “Gates open two hours before game time.” On the 2nd, we may be there that early.
Anybody going to that game interested in a Giants bar-b-q apron? Or a tie?
by Merope on Jul 20, 2009 10:41 AM PDT up reply actions 0 recs
Yeah, we were gonna shoot for getting there around 11am, just to be safe. I heard the Lincecum bobblehead day was totally packed early, so hopefully this one won’t be so nuts and 11 will be early enough.
by The Double Deuce on Jul 20, 2009 10:44 AM PDT up reply actions 0 recs
I will likely have a couple extra shirts if you want to trade for the apron or tie.
Got a bunch of other stuff to trade as well…..

It depends. I typically get to the stadium parking lot about an hour early. Usually the promos are still around, although there was one game last year where they were all out.

Even for the Brian Wilson bobblehead (where there were a ton of people lined up early), the gate was giving them away at Noon.
by SFGuy on Jul 20, 2009 3:53 PM PDT up reply actions 0 recs
That’s different, nobody actually wanted those.
by Merope on Jul 20, 2009 6:24 PM PDT up reply actions 0 recs
and they had a new system where you couldn’t enter/ exit from same gate
much organized and more fair a system
pretty sure thats only for bobbles though
Pablo shirts?
Hard to say, I would get there at 11AM just to be sure
Usually only bobbles run out quick, but I know Timmy Pins ran out quick this year
and Pablo is fairly popular
