Funniest spellcheck/suggestion
I used to email with a group of ladies at my old job, using MS Outlook. The profanity filters would bounce back any email with a curse word in it. We tried to get around it using alternate spellings, such as biotch. It suggested “BIOTECH?” for biotch and we fell out laughing. Thus, we were dubbed, the Biotechs.

In September 1968, no-hitters were thrown in back-to-back games during a series between two teams. On Sept. 17, Gaylord Perry of the Giants no-hit the Cardinals, 1-0, at Candlestick Park. On the following day, Ray Washburn duplicated the feat for the Cardinals with his 2-0 win over the Giants.
Randy Winn comes through with a classy hit! Nice!

Lincecum is great
but Pablo’s the best thing to happen to the Giants since Will. They’re both a thrill, and that’s what it’s all about, an everyday player that gets you excited. Barry got me excited, but it was kind of like going to The Mustang Ranch* or something. There was always something phoney about the thrill. *Just saying, and besides — it’s out of business now.

I think it’s great to have Pablo emerging for these reasons, as well as to share the mantle of the future with Cain and Lincecum. They’re stars and the fans love them. Pablo loves us back, too.

I wouldn’t think too much that 22 year old player having an awesome year means he will necessarily improve on a curve as he gets older.
