Nice job, ESPN.

I just can’t see how with statistical correction we would go from being a contending team to the 2nd worst in baseball. I just don’t see it.

Blah blah our offense and pitching have both overperformed based on component stats blah blah.

was uribe a late scratch? I saw earlier he was starting in place of renteria and batting 7th or 8th while lewis was batting 2nd

Per Baggs:

A legitimate change, though: Juan Uribe was scratched because his hammy is not 100 percent. Another day or two with no improvement and they might start talking about the DL. Renteria in.

I checked baggs earlier, but not late enough to see the change, my bad.

I actually like it, though I'd have Molina 7th, and everyone else moved up one.

Also move Renteria to 8th, swapping with Downs.

Jonathan Sanchez. He's left-handed, like Barry Zito. His fastball breaks 80, unlike Zito.

Even just swapping Fred with Edgar would be an improvement.
