So I'm seeking opinions here. Next week the newly drafted/signed players will be showing up and I actually can request a player. Who do you think I should request? I was thinking Brandon Belt if he signs since I prefer position players over pitchers (they tend to be a bit nutty) and his birthday is the same as mine. I'm wide open to thoughts or suggestions, of course it's all conjecture till they sign but what the hell.

Do you have a list of players who are going to be there?

Chris Dominguez! You can ask him about the time he made the Missouri Tigers cry with all his taunting.

Ryan Mantle
I think there is a good chance that Ryan Mantle will be in SK this year. Just talking about his famous relative might be interesting.

I've heard
That Rafael Rodriguez might be there this season. You could say “I knew him when he was 17”. Of course, who knows if he speaks English?

I’ve always wanted to do something like that, but have never had the means to do it.
I would think you’d want to get someone who is not your polar opposite, you don’t want him “growing up” to be famous and then telling the world what a weirdo you are.

I’d try for Kyle Mach, 3B from U. of Missouri. His grandfather won a World Series ring with the Cardinals. Maybe he’s heard some good stories about baseball players, stadiums, fans, etc.
Sergio Romo: striking out professional hitters since 2005. And winner of the 2012 NL Fireman of the Year Award!

Brian Bocock
he might be there soon at the rate he’s “improving”
