Not that the draft is over it has got me to thinking about some of the other players that are in the farm system. There are a number of Giants minor leaguers that we have not heard from this year and I'm curious as to their current status. I'd appreciate any updates anyone has on the following players. The McCoven insights and wisdom is greatly appreciated.
Jason Jarvis?
Hector Correa?
Hector Sanchez?
Bucardo brothers?

6/2/09: The San Jose Mercury News reports that Giants 3B Dallas McPherson has yet to report to his minor league team because he is dealing with back spasms in extended spring training.

Peguero was hitting .280 (7-25), with 0 HR, 1 ribbie for Class A Augusta before being sent down to short-season class A SK Volcanoes whose season will start on June 20th.

No idea, haven’t heard any news of Phelps since he was sent to minor league camp in mid-March

I can’t find a link, but I’m pretty sure Phelps has been dealing with an injury and hasn’t played yet.
