Just want to say once again that Bruce Bochy is a complete idiot. He just cannot resist the siren song of yanking a good lefty-hitter like Lewis, simply because a LH pitcher is on the mound. It’s a patently stupid move, and Bochy makes it repeatedly. He also repeatedly overestimates the value of lefty-lefty and righty-righty pitching matchups, usually with bad results.

I dunno, last year aside, he’s never done much in the minors either. At this point, an 85 OPS+ seems like a lot to hope for and that’s obviously not anywhere near acceptable for a 1B.
