James (LA): You're leaning draft, but you are always down to take a shot at the horrible right fielder in Atlanta. When are they going to get rid of him?!?!?!

SportsNation Keith Law: They tried to get him to leave, but they told him to "take a walk," and he was just hopelessly confused.

Josh (Oakland, CA): Yo KLaw. How does Grant Green’s junior season compare to Brandon Crawford’s? Is Green clearly better, or is Crawford’s performance this year just proof that he caught draftitis? Who would you take? Which has a better shot of staying at SS? Thanks!

SportsNation Keith Law: Green’s a much better hitter – Crawford hasn’t been anything special at AA. Crawford is by far the better SS, though, even if you think Green stays at SS long term.

Good question. Izzat our Josh from Oakland?

OH NO SOMEONE HAS STOLEN MY IDENTITY!!!

No.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that pie > cake, that Bochy is endowed by his creator with certain undeniable traits, that among these are veteran man-love, a gigantic skull, and the pursuit of the double switch.
Adopted Giant: Fred Lewis, who can still draw a walk.

It could just be any one of jcb1-8.

Merkin Valdez? Manuel Mateo? A rose by any other name...

The absence of any reference to random mediocre Giants of the mid-90s should have tipped me off.

Dear Keith Law, What do you think of Dave McCarty for a comeback player of the year candidate?

It’s clearly not jcb because this Josh isn’t throwing chairs and screaming profanity at children.

…are you, jcb?

Although I am a little tempted to yell at KLaw for dismissing Crawford as “nothing special” in AA. He got off to a great start and is slumping a little now. Seems a bit flip.

KEITH LAW BRASS!!!!!~!!

Crawford clearly had the far far better season because he did it for UCLA, not the embodiment of all that is the evil, the University of Spoiled Children
