Hurdle was the only manager I ever thought was worse than Bruce Bochy. I still remember his clever manipulation of the bullpen so that he continued to bring in pitchers who would yield game winning homeruns to players like Michael Tucker and the done Marquis Grissom. That miracle run of a couple of years ago bought him a couple of years, but he was just not a good manager.

Fortunately for us, Jim Tracy is just as bad.

This amuses me.

It’s a sad day for Rockies’ opponents. Guess which team led the majors in sac bunts the past three years? Willingly giving up outs at Coors Field, except when the pitcher is at the plate, is pricelessly stupid.

Clint Hurdle is bad, but Tracey is not better.

Randy Winn is going to catch that. And he'll do it real classy-like too.

I congratulate him

I never thought he would last 7+ years, let alone get to a world series.

You only like him because Duane Kuiper doesn’t.
