Wow, now THAT's a typo!
And I quote:
"Another interesting lineup tonight
Guzman playing first base and batting sixth. Urine at third batting seventh. Frandsen at second batting ninth. Sandoval at his normal third spot in the lineup as DH."
I'm sure it'll be corrected soon, as for me, I must now find something to remove the pomegranite-limeade from my screen.

So Ishikawa is not going to play at all during this series?
Do they know the guy is from seattle?

I’ve been reading comments like this here and there, and while I think it would be a nice gesture and really cool for him…fuck Ishikawa. Maybe if he didn’t suck so hard so far, he’d be getting a start in Seattle. I’m sure he’ll be swapped in at some point for defensive purposes, but that’s pretty much all he deserves for the time being.

Yes, because Ishikawa’s replacements in Aurilia, and Guzman are hitting soooooooo well right now. Oh wait….

You’re right, because Guzman has suuuuch a big sample size to judge him by. Oh wait…

I don’t give a damn about Aurilia. He’s toast.
It’s all about not bringing up Guzman to sit on the bench. If he’s going to be here, he needs the reps. And if you’re going to mock his production after one and a half games, then I really don’t know what to say to that. I’m not saying that he’s going to go all Ryan Braun on the league now that he’s up, but give him an actual chance before you malign him.

I would guess the Panda dh-ing would have something to do with B$’s legs being worn out from extra innings last night well that and that whole not having a back up catcher thing…

UPDATE: Pablo Sandoval has a tender right elbow and will probably DH Sunday, too. Good chance they will make a roster move for another catcher.
it’s almost as though a backup catcher on the roster may be helpful, or something.
must conserve battery power

It would be fun to be a fly on the wall when Holm hears that Witter got called up this time.
(not saying it’s going to happen, I know he’s not on the 40-man.)

Well, it can’t be Holm unless someone else goes on the DL.
Matt Cain: He'll save children, but not the Dodger children.

That has to be the worst obp for 1-4 hitters of all time.

I guess having to watch this team all the beat writers get properly sauced before game time. Bagg’s headline reads “Sarurdays Giants lineup”

That’s not a typo. This, is a typo:
"I sat there and talked to him (Nolasco) for about an inning after he came out," manager Fredi Gonzalez said. "We threw some stuff back and forth. He says she feels great."

Reminds me of when Bill Parcells coached the Cowboys and called one of his WRs (not 81) a “she” on purpose.

this reminds me of the most amazing typo I ever committed
I was replying to an e-mail discussing plans for a Vegas trip to several friends, we were trying to decide which weekend and I was pointing out that one of the potential weekends was Martin Luther King day and thus a 3 day weekend which might lead to a bigger crowd but in the word “bigger” I accidentally (pure accident I swear) hit the key right to the B, the N.
