I uhhh
don’t really care, actually. I was expecting them to move it up to, like, 7 EST so I could make a huge rant about EAST COAST BIASSS!!!!!! but this really doesn’t effect me one way or the other.

OOOO…Thank you so much Fox! You are so awesome, the best TV network ever!
I was up until 3am watching my nephew so my sister in-law could go to a rain delayed game that started at 9:45 this past year.

Well this is dumb.
They acknowledge that “young kids can only stay up until a certain hour” so they’re moving up the games to a time where they’re expected to end by 11:30 instead of after midnight? Uh, guys – I think you’ll find in most households that ‘certain hour’ comes a lot earlier than David Letterman’s sign-on.

It’s better than it was, and that is a good thing.

Whats up with SW?

from two years ago
southwest gives you a boarding number and letter, like A24. then, you line up 25 at a time, based on the letter and number (first, A1 – A25 board, then A26 – A50, then B1-B25, and so on)… but at least two or three times i fly the agent at the gate needs to explain to someone “sir, you’re B44 and we just called the A 1-25 right now” and the guy will always blame them on being so confusing. i think all of those pissed people are closeted dodgers fans.

I was kinda hoping (against hope) this meant earlier in the month so the snow-shortened November World Series game would no longer be a possibility.

I must be in the minority that thinks this is FAIL
I enjoy watching games in the evening, so I don’t have to skip work to watch them.

You don’t see a lot of double posts that have a post between them, either.
Kudos.

I have no clue as to how that could have happened… but I blame Grant.

+21 for that
eliminate midseason exhibition games featuring DH and shorten season accordingly.
