what now?

Since I ignore midseason exhibition games, I don’t remember what you are referring to… did Botchy bat a pitcher in an AL park last year? Like playing FB with 10 men on the field.

Giants pitching coach Dave Righetti. "I treat Timmy differently from most pitchers: I leave him alone."

He did a double switch to take the DH out.

That sounds like something I’d remember

It was during Zito’s start in Cleveland.

In Bochy's defense

I seem to recall that the DH was the worst hitter in our lineup most interleague games last year, and our pitchers probably were better bets to have a good AB.

Still the loving, adoptive father of Hector Sanchez. And who doesn't love switch-hitting catchers with power and patience?

That’s more of a brain fart by Maddon. Bochy does this stuff deliberately.

And Maddon's ended up well

Andy Sonnanstine hits an RBI double. Evan who?

"While conservatives tell you 'leave things alone and no one will lose,' and liberals tell you 'interfere a lot and no one will lose,' baseball says 'someone will lose.' Not only says it - but insists upon it! ... Democracy is lovely, but baseball's more mature." BVCE supports SF Dugout and Manny Burriss.

he is 5 for 13 on his career with an OPS of .929…

Seriously, has anyone seen my adopted brother?
