Hey you can find these stats. Still .195/.215/.273 by pitchers is what I’d call horrible.

I do, too. He’s a good utility infielder. I don’t mind him being in there due to the injury.

Ya I understand that but you almost certainly sacrifice an incredible amount of offense by picking defense over offense in the backup role. There are exceptions but I would rather have a decent offensive player with bad defense than a decent defensive player with bad offense.

Nah, it’s nothing logic-based. He was one of my least favorite Giants before he’d ever played a game. I just hate the style, hate how little confidence in him. He’s like Deivi Cruz w/out the hustle. Also, his OBP is like .300, so what are we defending him for? He does actually suck, too.

They’re really not this good. They have two awesome hitters (Reyes, Beltran), a pair of really good hitters (Wright, Delgado) and some nice parts (Castillo, Sheffield/Murphy). They’re not as balanced and talented offensively as the Phillies or Rays. Maybe even the Dodgers, when Manny is in the lineup.

I’m not sure if there was bad blood but that looked pretty intentional to me.
