That’s interesting. To my eye he’s been less outstanding than he was at this point last year, but perhaps that’s just in comparison? Last year the Giants he was unbeaten and the stopper and played out against Zito’s ignominy. But I guess this article says he’s pitching better than the same time last year, except for the velocity.
