I've never been happier to have Crabs
They’ve also been getting contributions from some unlikely sources, like Marco Scutaro and Scott Rolen.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that pie > cake, that Bochy is endowed by his creator with certain undeniable traits, that among these are veteran man-love, a gigantic skull, and the pursuit of the double switch.
Adopted Giant: Fred Lewis, who can still draw a walk.
I kind of wanted the Giants take a chance on Rolen last year. Instead they got Jose Castillo.

didn’t they trade Troy Glaus for him?
Randy Winn is going to catch that. And he'll do it real classy-like too.
Huh, you're right
I remembered him being a free agent in 2008. Obviously, memory is playing tricks on me.

Zimmerman seems to have the 1st pitch is a FB right down the middle philosophy – we’ll see if he keeps that the second time through the order.
Randy Winn is going to catch that. And he'll do it real classy-like too.
He has given up 6 homers this year alone.

Is Nate normally this bad of a defender?

Not at all. He’s made a couple winn-esque catched out there. Noteably, that one against the Rockies in front of the gates.

Proud father of Juan Carlos Perez. Think Albert Pujols at second.
Being at the game, I’d disagree…The dive was arguably bad, but he didn’t let it get by him and had the runner if Burriss held onto the ball. And the drop against the fence is hardly an easy play, either.
He hasn’t excelled at hard plays, but that could be said of almost anyone in any game.

There’s no reason he shouldn’t have stayed back instead of diving. And he had time to plant his feet on the wall catch. Both very poorly executed.
Bruce Bochy would like you to look at the career numbers and stop complaining.
I still don’t know if he had time to do anything but dive. That ball was smoked.
