I'm starting to hate Matt Kemp...
It's been awhile since I've really had a Dodger that I want to sink my teeth into and watch him struggle like that wildebeast that the croc nailed in "Planet Earth". However, Matt Kemp is stepping up admirably to fill that void. He's so damn good, more than a bit arrogent, and just seems like the kind of guy who you would invite over, have a nice dinner, then notice that all your good booze was gone.
Who is the Dodger you want to throw into the Cove most now?

Saw that live
Blake did it once, then looked over to see the camera on him and did it again just make sure everybody saw. Big man that Casey Blake. Real tough guy.
That being said, if Wilson was on any other team I’d think he was a douche of the highest order.

Which starter would be the best to bean Casey?
Because it’s gonna happen.
Timmy’s an obvious choice, although we don’t want him suspended under any circumstances. Cain has good velocity, and would definitely do it. Sanchez would probably miss, and a Zito fastball couldn’t be that hard to avoid.
Even over Cain, my choice for the starter to hit Blake in his next AB against the Giants would be The Unit. Even though he doesn’t throw as hard as he once did, he’s got to still be the scariest guy on the staff, and the idea of a fastball coming from that angle at your back (or head) would be frightening to say the least. Plus, if he’s suspended, it wouldn’t matter because he could probably use the rest anyway.

Gibson wasn’t a Dodger long enough to qualify, in my book. Although his “I don’t believe what I just saw” homerun is probably the most overhyped baseball event that doesn’t involve a bloody sock. Lasorda, much as I dislike him, is merely a former manager. Garvey, much as I dislike his personal life, never acted in any way that caused offense. Ron Cey just kept hitting homeruns against my Giants, then doing his duck-walk around the bases. Infuriating!

Blake, all the way
Kemp is good. Arrogant, maybe — but talented. I think he’s an idiot for talking up his “40-40” chances this offseason having just set his career high in home runs with 18, but I do think he’s got a ton of ability. So I grudgingly have to show him at least a little respect.
Casey Blake, on the other hand, is a career joker who has suddenly become Albert Pujols against the Giants. I don’t respect him as a baseball player, and that’s why I find his consistently lengthy and often productive at-bats against the Giants so galling. Call it the Hairston factor.
As for all time — I’d say Paul Lo Duca. Even before it came out that he was having affairs with underage Staten Island girls, I hated everything about his Dirty White Boy act. Good riddance.
