It was hot as balls, but it felt great. It felt like the first real game I’ve been to all year. And I’ve already been to about ten games counting spring training.

It’s a shame, but the content provider that SB Nation paid good money for is kind of a joke. Maybe they make a mean grilled cheese, but they certainly can’t provide updated stats of any value.

Pablo Sandoval went 3-for-4 with a double as the Giants’ No. 6 hitter on Sunday.
San Francisco shook up its lineup again, with Fred Lewis batting leadoff, Randy Winn dropping to the three hole and Aaron Rowand moving into the fifth spot. It seems as though Bruce Bochy is willing to try anything, as long as it doesn’t involve putting Nate Schierholtz into the lineup. Sandoval won’t bat sixth for long if he starts to hit. Right now, he’s at .244 with a 10/1 K/BB ratio in 45 at-bats.
