I can’t speak for xanthan, but if I ever have a pitcher on my team who’s pitching against the Giants, I’m forced to start him because otherwise he’ll throw a two-hit shutout.

The one thing someone needs to teach Sandoval ASAP is how to release-and-throw the ball more quickly on ground balls. The game I saw him at last week, he was just moving in slow motion and some not very fast runners nearly beat the throw to first.
