As they were leaving one of them yelled out some crap about the strike shortened 2002 season. If the wife wasn’t with me then I would have been obligated to yell some profanity back at them. by sfgiantsgirl on Apr 12, 2009 3:16 PM PDT reply actions

Ok, my question

Yes its a day game following a night game, but the Giants are coming off a 2 game losing streak, into our young Ace who needed a bounceback game to probably help his self esteem from his subpar outing that he opened the season with, why did we take out or hot hitting centerfielder, the shortstop we brought in to provide an offensive (taken as you will) boost, move a hitter who has looked bewildered in all of his at bats thus far into the number 2 slot in the batting order, yet NOT give the day off to our aging and only starting catcher? Oh and also put in a terrible backup shortstop with no defensive range (maybe if we put a doughnut on second base he would dive or at least move a little faster) and SPEEDY MCFUCKUP into center.

This was a recipe to a shitty game. If anything all the starters should have been in to try and give Timmy the boost. Or if everyone was sitting Molina should have been TOP of that list.

Ok rant over.

Pablito’s bat needs to wake up.

Randy Winn is going to catch that. And he'll do it real classy-like too.

Timmy’s next outing, the giants hitters need to really pick him up. I am really worried about how he is going to take these back to back poor starts. You could tell he was visably upset when he left the game today.
