Nah, the sousaphone has a forward facing bell and is larger with more tubing. That guy has four valves, so it looks like a standard concert tuba to me. Sousaphones are usually used for marching music, because they are easier to carry. They wrap around the body. Musically the sousaphone and the tuba are the same.
