im partial to their carnitas.

I just hate how everytime you order the guacamole they ask you if its okay because its 1.45 more or something. Yeah, i know its an extra dollar, im not buying a new car here and I dont want to have to sign anything or agree to oral contracts. Slop the guac on there.

And you know you watch them put the guac on there to make sure they dont screw you out of a solid amount of guac. Hey if you get to ask me if the guac is okay to put on there i get to say “hey you, you sure that is the right amount of guac?” Cheapskate.

Not that ive ever thought about it.

OT: Gameday audio on a mac

I know there was a mini OS holy war yesterday, so I figured I’d fire up the mac (iBook G4) for gameday today.

I tried 3 browsers (opera, safari, and firefox) they all experienced some kind of problems (as does this site with everything except Safari). I was able to get the MLB Media Player to finally opened and it told me I needed a plug-in and directed me to microsoft.com, but the plug-in wasn’t there.

I’ve found that many websites have trouble loading into mac browsers. I realize that many sites (comcast.net who I use for webmail, for example) arent smart enough to test with multiple OSs/browsers, and realize I mat not be configured properly, but if mac’s selling point is plug-n-play, I’m not seeing it.

Note: I’ve owned many macs over the early days of pesonal computing as well as having been issued highend workstations in office situations as well…so I’m an experienced mac nuBee.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated (yes I’ve already got a PC).

Doug Greenwald sounds like this:

Like the time I caught the ferry to Shelbyville. I needed a new heel for m’shoe. So I decided to go to Morganville, which is what they called Shelbyville in those days. So I tied an onion to my belt. Which was the style at the time. Now, to take the ferry cost a nickel, and in those days, nickels had pictures of bumblebees on ‘em. Gimme five bees for a quarter, you’d say. Now where was I… oh yeah. The important thing was that I had an onion tied to my belt, which was the style at the time. You couldn’t get white onions, because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big yellow ones…
